- Good resourcefulness in welding and parts manufacturing
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and resourceful
- Versatile and inventive, must be able to find innovative repair methods
- Must be able to refurbish after an accident or repair according to manufacturer requirements
Working conditions

- Stable daytime schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in transport trailer repair
- Resourceful, inventive, independent
- Must enjoy teamwork
Assets
- Relevant training, e.g., Class 1 driver’s license, advanced welding, additional training in mechanics, loader training (wheel loader)
- Knowledge of English to communicate with English speaking customers
- DEP in heavy vehicle mechanics, other related DEPs OR several years of experience with heavy vehicles
