Warranty and Claims
Your satisfaction and the quality of the products we sell are our priority.
We handle manufacturer warranties with the utmost care, ensuring the reliability of each product we offer and your peace of mind on the road.
1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
All manufacturers offer a one-year limited warranty on all parts and labour. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and is subject to the manufacturer’s specified conditions.
Beyond this period, most parts can be protected by a limited warranty from the part manufacturer for an additional period of time.
*Some exceptions may apply depending on the case
Count on Pierquip’s support
To facilitate your requests, we offer an easy-to-use claim form.
For all open warranty claims, once parts have been ordered and received and repair appointments have been booked, the claim must be completed (repaired and invoiced) within 60 days. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the necessary information and documentation for the claim. All claims for which information, photos or invoices are missing within this 60-day period will be closed without being completed.

Important Warranty Information
To ensure transparent and efficient management of your warranty, please note the following:
- Invoicing of claims not covered: Any additional claims or claims not included in the warranty will be invoiced separately to the customer.
- Transport costs and loss of income: The costs related to the transport of the trailer and any loss of income are the responsibility of the customer. Manufacturers do not cover these costs.
- RMA Number and repair authorization: The submission of a claim generates an RMA Number by the manufacturer. The latter does not amount to a repair authorization. Repairs undertaken without an official purchase order will be refused.
- Purchase order number: Once the claim is approved, you will be assigned a purchase order number. Keep this number safe for all your communications related to the claim.
- Invoicing without a purchase order: Invoices relating to warranty claims without an official purchase order will be refused.
- Delays for replacement parts: Replacement parts, often located outside of Canada, can cause delays in getting to our Pierquip service center.
- Reimbursement of repairs: After completion of repairs and submission of appropriate documentation, a period of 30 days should be allowed for reimbursement of costs incurred.
